Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

• Requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, clean, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.
• Size exchanges are subject to availability.
• Customers are responsible for any shipping costs related to returns or exchanges.
• Returns and exchanges may take up to 5 business days to be processed after we receive the item.
• Refunds are processed via InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, or bank transfer.
• Discounted items, sale items, and bundle offers are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

ANETOS reserves the right to reject any return or exchange that does not meet the conditions above.
