Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges on all items, provided the following conditions are met:

• Customers must submit their request within 3 days of purchase, including proof of purchase or the order number.
• Items must be in their original condition — unwashed, unaltered, and clean — with all tags attached.
• Size exchanges are allowed, depending on availability of the requested size.
• Once your request is submitted, it will be reviewed promptly, and you’ll receive an email update regarding its status shortly.

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges.
• Processing time for returns or exchanges may take up to 5 business days.
• Refunds are processed via Instapay, VF-Cash, or bank transfer.
• Discounted items, including bundle offers, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
